Thanks interesting post - the laws and constitution give restitution to the peoples who were on the land first and somehow the Khoisan and other 'bushmen' tribes did not get realised as the original inhabitants of South Africa and rather the Bantu peoples have been incorrectly given stewardship of the lands.
