Virtually every country in Africa is in some stage of development , this means that they may not possess the modern and up to date facilities ranging from health care facility to the technological advancements of the western world. These has made most times Africa as a continent is always being portrayed on the negative side, thereby downgrading the continent forgetting the fact that it is actually a great continent

These can be evident in some amazing facts about Africa being the home to lions, cheetahs, elephants and other rare animals.
Africans being filled with life and raising this adage that "you know you are alive when you live among lions" and as Africans are being considered to lions.

African posses a fantastic beauty, huge endowments and skin color. It has achieved great things and produced great men as well.
Despite all these people still don't see the wonderful things discovered in Africa.

1. First human race discovered in Africa
   African is the second largest continent in the world and this is being supported by the fact that the remains (bones) of the first human race was discovered and dug out in the sites in Ethiopia (East Africa) dating over 195,000 years ago by archeologists.

2. Mining
   It have been discovered that Africans where the first time embark on mining 43,000 years ago as the hematite mine was found in Swaziland at Bomvu ridge in the ngwenya mountain range. Thousands of artifacts and mining tools were discovered dating back to 43,000.
