Very nice post about a very old city with lots of history. My parents have visit Carthage in there vacation in Tunisia and they loved it good food nice people lots of history and as you mentioned the Roman baths.
There is a nice Documentary Film called "Hannibal The Fall of Carthage" check it out if you don't know it, it is very good.
