I saw Bob Dylan in concert once. He was actually co-headlining with Willie Nelson. it was when he started to get into one of his country phases about 15 years ago or so. It was a great show, but not what I was expecting from Dylan. Willie was amazing though and I went on to see him two or three more times in concert.
I'm jealous that you got to see Willie live. He is one of my all time favorites. Dylan on the other hand. I could win free tickets to a show of his and if it was on the other side of town I might choose to not go :P
