What is in "New Society"

Marcos wanted to change society through the Military Law. He changed society because he was afraid of the Filipinos. The health and hygiene situation has changed dramatically - the waste of the roads and the surrounding areas have become clean and well kept by people. Lessons forbidden especially in the main city of Manila. There was peace and tranquility in schools where there were times of violence and violence.

Government reform programs are included in the word "PLEDGES" which means: P-eace and Order (Peace and order); Land Reform; Economic Development; Development of moral values; Governance Reforms; Educational Reforms (Changes in the Education System); Social Services .

Changes in  Government and Constitution

there has been a major change in government since the proclamation of the Martial Law. The Congress that makes and outsourcing laws has been abolished. The senators and representatives have been removed from duty. Under the Military Act, the President had the legislative power. He made Presidential Decrees, General Orders and Letter of Instruction. These will govern the Government and all civilian powers. The Presidential Order is valid and forceful as the laws issued by the former Congress.

On this day also,   current President Rodrigo Roa Duterte declared "Natioanal Day of Protest" not a holiday   which will allow any Filipino citizens to demonstrate mass protests all throughout the country. because of having meager salary.
The President also reminded the communists not to commit crimes and violent acts when they stage protests. “The red army, come down here, I will not arrest you. I will not arrest you but for the life of me, I am asking you. Do not commit crimes. No vandalism. No any [hostile acts] because the police and the army would just stay in the barracks,” he said. Ahead of the 45th anniversary of martial law, Duterte on September 9 indicated his plan to declare a same autocrat rule all throughout the country, if the communist rebels create “destruction and trouble” on the streets when they hold demonstrations.

Do we still remember the history of Philippines ?
