History of first Europeans to master Moluccas

The Portuguese were the first Europeans to master the plains of Maluku in 1512, followed by the Spanish. Then followed by the British who controlled the Moluccas in 1811. Based on the London Convention (CoL) in 1814, the English Entrance Maluku to the Netherlands. The Netherlands then adopted the trade monopoly (VOC) practice in Maluku, and carried out other acts that were very harmful to the people of Maluku. Among other things is the "honey shipping" and "extirpation" which is an action to cut down the nutmeg and clove trees that violate the rules of trade monopoly.

Pattimura is assisted by several other fighters, among others, Anthony Rhebok, Thomas Pattiwael and a female warrior Christina Martha Tiahahu.
