Lowkey - McDonald Trump [Hip-Hop Series]

I've long been a fan of British-Iraqi hip hop artist Lowkey. I remember discovering Kareem almost 10 years ago when i was going through my own awakening to how the world really turns and what's really going on behind the scenes. If you want truth, particularly geo-political truth and you love hip hop then Lowkey is your man.

So, yesterday i logged into my youtube account, and found a new Lowkey track uploaded, entitled McDonald Trump and boy was i blown away, especially after Trumps latest actions. The guy is obviously just another puppet for the deep state.

It was great to see Lowkey back spitting truth.

The first song i came across by Lowkey was his track entitled Revolution - Ft. Jon McClure, Faith SFX & Mic Righteous, taken from his debut album "Dear Listener". Jon McClure is the lead singer of a quality band from Sheffield, UK called Reverend and The Makers. Jon, being just as politcally outspoken as Kareem, meant a great creative collaboration ensued.

Don't forget to go to the gym too, like everybody else, though nature sees the gym as a battery.

Then Lowkey dropped his song Terrorist, which was pure fire and made a lot of people question their reality as do most of Kareem's tracks. And Then, a couple years after that came the epic truth bomb that was entitled "Obama Nation" featuring Lupe Fiasco, Dead Prez and Black The Ripper.

When Lowkey hooked up with the talented singer Mai Khalil i was blown away by the result of these two and their talent combined. I love every track these two have done together and i implore you to seek out the works of both as individual artists and as a collaboration. There are so many tracks by both that i could mention, but my personal favorite was a track entitled "Haunted"

Another one that i am very fond of is the live version of "Dreamers"

To me Lowkey and also Akala are the greatest hip hop artists of my generation, they are the most real and true that the world has ever seen, their lyrics penetrate the consciousness and indeed the conscience of those of us who take the time to listen. I salute artists like these, for they are the true musicians and poets of our wild and turbulent age. All the people i mention in this post are the poets of this generation and my words will never do them justice, so please.. just listen, because this is real hip-hop and our children REALLY need this music folks.

You have to dig deep nowadays, in more ways than one, but for sure you will be rewarded. And that goes for Hip-Hop, Drum & Bass, Garage, Lo-fi, House, Reggae, Jazz and every other sound that belongs to the people, NOT the criminals who rule and all the mainstream shit they feed people. Their time is coming to an end.

Every race has suffered at the hands of the criminal and twisted aristocrats that have ruled over all of us for centuries, which proves we, the people, are all one and they (the teeny tiny little minority of criminals who claim they rule) are the one's who create division between us. People are wising up to their tactics though. They will die off fast as we evolve with the help of new technology, decentralized systems and i envisage a re-wilding. Our children will look back in horror and disbelief at the fact we let these aristocratic, warmongering families (souless bastards) rule over us for as long as we did.
