Carousel of sorts

They rebuild the city into something new, something their mistress would love to spend their vacation with, to hold their kitty parties with their kins. They built it into this greenic paradise when the world below them was becoming a concrete jungle. They built beautiful kitty party tea rooms and golf courses that the lay man could only imagine.
