A Federal Judge Just Took One Look At Hillary Clinton’s Email Scandal And Gave Her The Worst News Of Her Life
Hillary Clinton just got some more bad news- and we couldn’t be happier. Conservative watchdog Judicial Watch just won a major court victory- a federal judge is going to review the information that was originally redacted from Hillary’s Secretary of State emails. And the best part of all? That review will take place on camera.
Judicial Watch noted on Thursday:
“…a federal judge will personally review, in camera, redacted material from emails discussing Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of iPads and iPhones during her tenure at the State Department. Judge Kollar-Kotelly also ordered the State Department to file an affidavit addressing why it should not have to search new Clinton emails recovered.”
Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit against the State Department in April 2015 after the State Department failed to respond to a Freedom of Information Act requesting a review of Clinton’s emails. Judicial Watch is asking that:
All records of requests by former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton or her staff to the State Department Office Security Technology seeking approval for the use of an iPad or iPhone for official government business; and
All communications within or between the Office of the Secretary of State, the Executive Secretariat, and the Office of the Secretary and the Office of Security Technology concerning, regarding, or related to the use of unauthorized electronic devices for official government business.
Judicial Watch is essentially seeking evidence that shows Hillary Clinton knew using unauthorized electronic devices for her duties as Secretary of State were wrong, which would show a willful defiance of the law, as opposed to negligence.
Great news for those finally seeking to bring Hillary Clinton to justice, as Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said:
“Hillary Clinton knowingly used an unsecure email system and risky iPads and smartphones to conduct classified and sensitive government business.”
Although Fitton added:
“It is frankly outrageous that Secretary Tillerson and Attorney General Sessions allow their agencies to cover up for and defend Hillary Clinton’s scandalous and potentially criminal conduct.”
You have to wonder how much Tillerson and Sessions personally have to do with defending Hillary Clinton, but Fitton definitely gives food for thought- SHARE this out so both of the Secretaries can see- the American people want Hillary Clinton brought to justice as soon as possible!
