香港行山好介紹#1: 元荃古道 | Hiking in Hong Kong #1: Tsuen King Circuit

Hi! Steemit friends, the weather was quite hot yesterday, but i and my friends still decide to go hiking on Tsuen King Circuit , we go through Tin Fu Tsai , Tsing Fai Tong and finally reach to Sham Tseng. The weather up to 30 degrees, so it took about 4 hours to complete (in the spring/ winter, about 3 hours can be completed).

 Hi！各位Steemit朋友們大家好 , 昨天天氣好熱, 但也無阻我和其他朋友一起行山的活動, 今次行既路線是荃灣元荃古道石龍拱段, 經田夫仔, 清快塘, 由深井出回市區, 今日天氣多達30度, 所以用了約4小時才完成(在春,秋季約3小時多已能完成)。

Walk though the road near Hong Kong Adventist Hospital , remember doing the warm-up exercise 

在港安醫院對面的小路見到這路牌直上, 記得先做好熱身運動

開始時的路段有點斜, 會有一點吃力

At the beginning,  we will feel bit difficult because the oblique road.

We walk straight along the way about 1 hour , and we will arrive Shek Lung Kung

沿途直上, 約1小時會看到石龍拱的牌

The view of Tsing Yi is very beautiful

還可望到青衣的美景, 也算值得, 同時, 也休息了一會和飲水, 太陽真的很曬

 再住下行至田夫仔，我們慢慢向清快塘方向行前進

 
We nearly arrived Tsing Fai Tong Village and will see the pond, there are still 45 minutes left. 

到清快塘村了, 會見到池塘, 牌上寫著還有45分鐘便完, 不經不覺已完成了3份2的路程

青馬大橋的景色, 再直落就會到深井

Tsuen King Circuit is a 3 star route (5 stars for the highest), in fact, is not too difficult, if you are interested, you can try hiking there with your friends, there are beautiful scenery along the way, you can relax in that such busy life, and remember bring sufficient plenty of water , food , chocolate.

元荃古道屬於3星路線(5星為最高), 其實不算太難行, 如果大家有興趣, 可以一班朋友試下, 沿途景色美麗, 可以係煩忙的生活中放鬆一下, 但要記得帶充足水同乾糧/巧克力, 巧克力有助補充糖份。
