Natural Formation or not? Is The Valley of Fire Is Holding Some Ancient Secrets?

I recently traveled to the Valley of Fire and wow! It is extremely beautiful and a must for anyone traveling to the state of Nevada. Some of the rock formations I saw, had unusual features. A perfect melon scoop of a hole on the side of a mountain. I'm not an expert but..... You tell me????? Natural formation, or is something up? Would you like it if i went back? A few Upvotes tells me you all do! so please upvote and help this reach someone who may know about natural rock formations.
