Duluth Wildcats met offensive juggernaut, Friday night
Mackenzie Skeene was off to a slow start, but could not be held responsible for the final score: 22-2. Skeene had an excellent second half, getting hit in the knee three times making great defensive stops at goal. But the break down of the opposing team came at the beginning of the second half, when the Lady Wildcats kept the ball on the Guest side for ten, straight minutes. The juggernaut did not know what to do, committing yellow card after yellow card. A war of attrition cost the Guests two players, as they seemed confused and not used to having opponents on their side of the turf. There was push back for the last five minutes, when the Juggernaut scored another 4 points. Skeene defended her goal successfully 7 times. @tskeene reporting for the Duluth Lady Wildcats.
