A unique experience

This toy store is very unique. Not only is it housed in a historic building that is located in Muncie, Indiana it has a timeless feel.
I am sorry to say but the owner doesn't allow photos of the inside because it would ruin the effect of walking into such a magical toy store. But a quick Facebook search allows me to show you some of it without ruining the effect and what the owner has publicly shown already. All the inside images come from Facebook when I search Washington Street Toy Emporium. The outdoor photos are ones I took.

There are other photos that customers took and posted on the page, but since she didn't post them I am not sharing them I am only sharing the ones she has already shared, because I do agree with her, if you saw it all it would ruin the experience, because when you go to this toy store even if you walk back out without buying anything it is an experience.

If you get a change to visit and you are a Harry Potter Fan you have to check out the room under the stairs. That is all I am gonna say. It is totally cool. Last year I took my grand daughter over there and watched what she kept playing with because they have toys on display for kids to play with and check out. I then without her seeing bought that for her birthday. Nearly every time I go over she brings it to me, it is her favorite toy.

This is really a hidden gem so if you are in the area check it out. Sorry to leave so much a mystery, but that is all the more reason to come.
