Hardfork 20 set STEEM back and I think this one will to.

Authors should be getting the bulk of the rewards that are earned via their content.

EDIT: It would be a good idea to start posting from palnet or splintertalk so you can earn their token along side Steem / SBD. I have 140,000 SPT staked and the 100% upvote I just gave you would of been close to 400 SPT currently valued at 0.80 USD on Steem-Engine. SPT is already using the 50/50 split ratio.

    I might be OK with about a 50/50 split but I think it will be less than 40% for the authors.
    I don't think we need the 10% project fund.
    I'm nervous about logging into splintertalk.
