As a small content creator I don't mind only earning a buck or two on average per post.

Most don't earn .10 per post.
I am talking specifically about myself. Not every post does that good but a lot of them do, and that doesn't seem so crazy compared to other people at my "level" shrug
Of course I know a lot of steemians make less, I want to help them do better too. For them it might be even worse to lose % of rewards, they are earlier in the journey. Its really hard when you only get a few votes on each post
