At starting stage it is very hard to understand Steem but once understood everyone will love it. I hope impact of HF 21 will be positive, If it will then people buy steem to increase their SP.Many existing user left the platform because it was very tough to be appear on trending page without using bot. It is like dominance of money to be appear on trending page now with HF 21 power of bot has been reduced. I hope major portion of steem user will come back. Not everyone is a good writer some are good in curation, It will also help to on board new user on steem.
