The Sinking "Resource Credit" and Limiting Content/comment
Begining all fresh on Steemit post HF20. The One day Steem blackout and all the new mess created with 'Mana' and 'Resource Credit' after the hardfork, make many to think of end of steem. Many also get surprised to see the low Voting Power which fall to 20 % and take another 4-5 days to recover completelly.
In middle of all chaos, many big names on Steemit still continuing to carry on with Steemit post. For sure they see a brighter Steem future ahead with the so called software update through HF20. There are lot changes happened and my new account on steemd.com give a fresh updated new look.
Changes to Voting Mana and Resource Credits.
While I did not played with my Voting Mana yet as i give it time to recover completelly. However i did notice the Sinking Resource Credit with each post and comments. Here what the Steemd.com showing with my avalable bandwidth or call Mana for commenting...do focus on the highlighted part.
With 7.5 RC I would be able to make 18 comments . Quite interested to explore how the new set up work, I went ahead to make a comment, I made a good character one. After the comments, I went back again on *Steemd.com! to check and surprised to see the major changes. My RC fall down to 6.5 and my daily comments sink further to 15.
Does that imply post HF20 wee need to restrict ourself to shorter comments or post?
The sinking of 18 comments to 15 comments in Resource Credit with a single comments made in between made me feel like that. If that woukd be the case i wonder many people will restrict themselves from making coments.
A new thing I read somewhere is to avoid any EDITTING on your posts or comments just to keep your RC safe. Now as I have made this so detailed post, I am not sure how much my RC will sink further.

Hopefully it improves with time. So far these changes requires users to game it right even more then before, to know even more about the tech to use it properly.
I thought it was confusing as it was as a new user, but I never experienced any issues with interacting with the network. With these changes it seems you'll spend your early days trying to navigate around the tech. Maybe, just maybe, you can make a post, or perhaps do an upvote, or should you dare to comment? Last time you commented, you ended up not being able to post that blog of yours for 4 hours and so on.
It's only a day and a half, perhaps will stabilize over the next few days!
Thats true @smjn every major change require time to settle down. We are in very early stage of hard fork and its too early to judge.
Many people already started to give a negative feedback which is wrong....give some time to see the effect before reaching to any conclusion....give some time to blossom hf20

I think the number of comments that you can make is an approximate value. I guess when the RC is recharged fully, all the issues might get sorted. We might be able to use the Blockchain like before. But not sure. Let's see.

I just checked after writing a post. The Mana did decrease with 0.85%. And the allowed comments went down from 62 to 60.
Still strange that they did call it a success. Makes me wonder how much value they give to the blogging part of the steem blockchain. If an upgrade like this was done by a real company, people would have been fired!

Haha...thats true @fullcoverbetting now even i am thinking twice before making any comments...forget about voting. Once i thought to let my RC reach to 0..to see the aftereffect...most probably ...it will take another week to cover up...hehe

I did some math about how much most actions do cost after HF20!
All this makes my head hurt! Great job keeping us informed about the real ramifications of this recent hardfork!
