The resource that provides value to Steem network is the number of users.
Although the HF20 has reduced the amount of spam, big accounts can still spamming as much as they want and the restrictions to new users are excessive.
Steem Power shouldn´t be the only parameter for RC distribution. We must insist on that to witnesses and Steemit Inc.
Dear my friend @ropaga, thank you for this comment, i agree 100% in what you said, at list reputation should be an additional value to calculate it, do you agree? Users like us build up reputation with work and not with spamming!
