HF20 and RC Credits
I survived the HF20 though I am glad to be able to post again
There seems to be a lot of controversy about the RC Credit system. What are the pros and cons of this system? I see it discourages new users to use Steemit since they are limited on how many posts/comments/votes etc they can do. How does this make Steemit scale? Or is this platform just for the people who have a lot of Steem?
