What's it for and how does the system works?
you buy hextracoin with bitcoin and then you lend those coins out to hextra then they use that money on the exchanges (bot) to make money. You earn money off what you lend its aproximatly 2 percent a day right now
hmm. I don't know why they made a coin then. It could have been done with the BTC or any other Crypto.

That's good, because the way HYIP's work, is they pay out 100% plus for early entrants, but when they have lots of money invested they start making up excuses about why they can't pay out any more. Next thing you know, the website's gone and you have no comeback. I got burnt on that back in the days of e-gold, if anyone remembers that.
