Using the soft senses technique has the potential to activate your Alpha Brain Waves. Brain waves are the state of "synchronised electrical pulses from masses of neurons communicating with each other." The states that a brain have been recorded to be in are Beta, Alpha, Delta and Theta. Beta is where most people frequently reside. However the experience associated with an Alpha state is synonymous with the flow state. The “zone” as described by athletes. Where time warps itself to accommodate your focus and nothing else matters except your complete momentary and aware focus. Using soft senses can take you there. Not only that it can give you more control over your heart rate. A side effect of an overall greater access to your hearts guidance and intuitive intelligence. A natural and logical phenomenon to occur when a body is being used to its full exertion and the heart is given a lot of responsibility to maintain the body. It will lead you more. You will certainly be able to feel its booming rhythms. It is a state that can be achieved by anyone practicing soft senses on a daily basis. It is arguably the more natural state to be resting in let alone exerting in.
