Salsify - Tragopógon - Edible and medicinal #herbs #1

Kozloborodnik, which in Latin is called Tragopógon, is a cultivated plant. Virtually all of its parts are used for food. Roots, stem, inflorescence, everything goes into action. But, in Moldova this plant is not cultivated and it grows like weeds. Few people know that this is a nutritious product. This plant looks quite decorative. Three stages of cornflower picking in my photos:
