Our Papaya Tree
In my place two kinds of Papaya tree, one produce fruit and another only has flower. My mom got with the flower one because you will not figure out which one you would have until it grows. Although it does not producing fruit, this papaya flower still have a lot of benefit. The flower is edible and we consume it as daily vegetables. Have you ever taste this flowery Papaya? It is so bitter. That is why we boil them first together with Ambarella leaves and salt to cure the bitter.
Our Papaya tree has about 7 meters height. To pick the flower we pull the rope because it is getting lean the other way. It has two lower branches. The view from our balcony.
My little cousins has light feet in climbing. That is how we pick them. :)
Having these flower harvested now I think I will make this as one of our lunch meal. :)

Beautiful flowers!!! Are those rice paddies in the distance?
Yes. They just grow. Can't wait to see all green view. :D
