This is so shameful on the part of the government. It's ridiculous and such a waste of everyone's time! We all know that hemp is a billion dollar industry and it's just another government attempt to have a monopoly as opposed to bolstering a free and fair, open market. I think we should all just spontaneously start growing every species of cannabis, all at once. We need to overgrow the world.
Nice. But I don't agree it's an attempt, but a death rattle. At this point, save for an "event", people are and will continue to wake up to the benefits of the plant. But you're right..... Some pay lip service to free market capitalism, but only when they hold all the cards.
