Good job, you did a great job defining morphological anemias. You mentioned the names of the types with little bit explanation. however you forgot to mention when they have normal color, that is what "normocytic" and "normochromic" anemias are called.

• Task 2 (2.0/2.5) Have you ever had anemia?

You have discussed your own case. Tou have provided us an evidence that is really great. You know what! Adding the photo of the hematology test was not to prove that you really had anemia, but to add value to your content! But it's good that you have provided us the original test photo. Your tried your best to discuss it. It would be more interesting if you add some more points.
