Wheels for Chloe - The little miracle Australian Blue Heeler

After being brutally attacked as a small pup, leaving her paralysed in her back end, Chloe made a miraculous but not full recovery. She has outgrown her make shift first set of wheels and is now in desperate need of a new wheelchair.
