Check at Lowest ask : 0.827691 and you are trying to obtain at 0.827690 . So the answer is just try to buy a little bit more . Maybe 2.055 STEEM will work cause it will increase the price.

problem is solved. I had the old active key password in that confirmation box and it didn't tell me that it's the wrong password.
