Image Uploading Problem

Hi everyone! I am new here. I need your help as I do not know how to insert pictures / images on my blog. It would be a great help for me if you take some time to leave comments on how to do that in this post. Thank you.
lol.. I tried to paste the html on that photo and I didn't expect the image will be shown but what I mean is I want something that will be clean on screen when being uploaded without those codes. Is there any image hosting site you can recommend? Thanks.
