My Bandwidth went from 97% to -152% in one post...? Or thats how it seems

OK so I get that there needs to be some limits on posting etc.

I looked at my bandwidth for the first time ever today, and it was at 97% and some change.

I looked at a couple of posts, maximum 10, and replied to one. I made an edit to that comment, and all of a sudden Im blocked from posting, looking on steemd Im on -152%, I cant even make a claim of SP and SBD into my wallet.

In under a minute, Im now back to +30%.

This cannot be right, surely?

    how to I check my bandwith? I am trying to post something and I keep getting "bandwidth limit exeeded. Please wait to transact or power up STEEM."
