NEWS FROM WILD ALASKA: Making it Legal to Shoot Bear Cubs and Wolf Cubs in Dens on NATIONAL PARK LANDS
What if we passed a law yesterday that allowed for me to enter your secured home, to calmly sneak into your baby or child's room with the lights off, wake them up from their deep sleep with laser beams, offer your little baby or child tons of candy and donuts, and then abruptly, shoot them in their heads at point blank range, just so I could hang them on my wall? Pretty awesome, right!? I think not.
If you are a decent human being with a beating heart, you would have not allowed that law to pass, and that is why I am writing you today. I choose to stand up against this barbaric law that is trying to be passed and I hope you do too.

How is it that we can pass a law that makes it legal to shoot bears, bear cubs, wolves and wolf pups in a manner like the one listed above, on land that was specifically put there to protect these same animals?
Without the animals in Denali National Park and other National parks, these parks will just be landscapes. I am a tour guide and I see first hand how important these animals are to all the thousands and thousands of tourists that come up to visit Denali. When they see any animal, their eyes light up, but wolves and bears are getting harder and harder to see.
Once we eradicate all of the predatory animals that literally create balance and harmony in the eco system, not only will nature die, but everything else will too. The money from tourism (which Alaska relies on) will plummet, the hotel and hospitality industries will fail and I will not have a job.
As seen in April after the gentleman killed a family of 10 wolves off of Stampede Road, in Alaska with his Semi Automatic rifle and his snow machine, an emergency ban was put in place. They know that the predatory control program in Alaska is OUT OF CONTROL and it literally has no scientific evidence backing it up!
Please I am begging you, do not let this one pass.
