Steemit blockchain explorer

Good day Steemians,

I can't seem to find a blockchain explorer. I've tried reaching out in the chat, but I haven't gotten any replies. I am aware of steemd.com, but doesn't seem to help much.

What happens when a STEEM withdrawal is made to the incorrect address (non STEEM)? Do the funds get returned after x amount of time?

Posting this is kind of pushing it-- I apologize in advance. I am just trying to get by today.
