It depends what you mean by your "earning" has not changed. If you are asking why your posts mostly have $0.01 assigned to them, that's because your posts aren't getting votes from other people. This can change if you gain more followers (more potential for people to see and upvote content you post), or if you post a topic that people randomly stumble upon and end up liking.

If you mean that you haven't earned any actual Steem currency yet, that's because you only receive payment from your posts after they have been posted for seven days. Then you can go to your wallet and collect your rewards.
