Three FundaMentals

In my time being an Alcohol & Drug Counselor, I have seen three reoccurring themes with people who are suffering: Alcohol & Drug Use, Relationship Issues, and Career Difficulty. When these three areas are in a good place, people have more good days than bad; and when they are having bad days, they are more resilient.

Life can be really hard; but with these three areas under control, we are able to weather the storm and push through.
