I don't think that's have anything to do with you writing in Arabic. Although the main language of Steemit is English. You will find audience in Arabic language as well but it takes more time as there is way less people can speak/read Arabic.

I am using Steemit since 2 months and usually I receive a little attention only. You using Steemit since 3 hours, what do you expect really? :)

Steemit is not a get rich quick scheme!

Be patient and keep blogging good content which actually add any value to the platform. People will notice you.
