PLEASE HELP! How do I sell off STEEM Tokens for BTC or ETH

Hello people of the STEEMIT world!

I have been off of the platform for quite some time and am completely lost on how to sell off my extra STEEM. It appears that when I go to my wallet and hit sell in the drop down menu the only option to sell is on Poloniex. Is this true?? There use to be much simpler and streamline ways of doing this but I can not figure it out.
