Don't spend your whole life fighting yourself. Rebuild the trust in a more positive light. This isn't who you really are. don't let it get to you. Get an inspirational book to help you know more about the truth. Write journal. Write down everything that you are thinking. Read it from a different point of view and advice yourself. Build up a fundamental block to support you when you fall again.

THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE PEOPLE FEEL GOOD ABOUT THEMSELVES IS TO FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF.

Pick yourself up from the ground. Be there for yourself. You can be a positive source for others if you are a negative source for yourself.
Decide which side you want to believe.
