Important Issue to be discussed.
Well, two days ago I ran into a serious problem.When I opened my account and tried to submit a story, a message showed up saying that my bandwidth limit is exceeded, please wait to transact or power up Steem.This caused me to do nothing on my account.This is what the message looked like.
I did everything that could be possibly done at that time.I logged out of my account and logged back in, I opened it on other browsers, I changed my internet connection but the problem was not fixed.I was unable to post Anything, upvote, comment and I was even unable to redeem my rewards.As you can see that in the message it says power up your account, but when I tried to do that this message again showed up.I was worried because it was not letting me to even power up my account.I asked many Steemians about this issue but their answers were not appropriate.But thanks to @thecryptodrive and @cryptomancer who helped me a lot in this case.I don't know how but @thecryptodrive lent me some SP and my account started working again.That's how I'm on my account again but that's maybe temporary fix.I need all off you to help me out if you know anything about why this problem is actually caused let me know in the comments section and share it so that maybe someone else can help me out.Today this problem is faced by me.Maybe later on it can be faced by anyone else.So please share this and let everyone aware about this problem.

This is actually a feature of Steem, not a bug. The more Steem Power you have, the more you can post. I assume since Steemit has so many new users lately that this is starting to matter for people who have smaller accounts: https://steemit.com/steemit/@liberosist/milestone-10-000-posts-in-24-hours
My friend @vot is having the same issue. He cannot do anything. Its been 1 1/2 days with the same message. It happened when @steem removed the delegated seem that was lent to him when opening his account. His account was only 4 days old i think. So what can i do to help him get his account back? Send him steem? He cannot powerup his so that wouldnt help would it?
hi bro.The first thing is Steem didn't removed the delegated steem from his account.It's amount decreases by the amount of votes you do per day but i am not sure about that.i'll tell you about that after some time.Second thing that he is reciving that same bandwidth message.well for this problem i didn't found the permenant solution but i can tell you about the temporary solution tomorrow.Stay in contact.
Sending him steem wouldn't help.I did the same but when you try to power up its shows the same message.

Same issue with me - delegated SP suddenly down from about 72 to 4! Not fun as I've been as helpful as possible and brand new :-/

there is a extra +steem power is given , at starting it is 72$ something , that is for upvote , can i know how much it left for you now?
it's over 100 now after someone lend it to me but before he did it it was still above 100 i guess.
actualy it is below 4 for my case , and i am facing in upvotes , i am not able to upvotes easily. everytime it shows low voting power
but in my problem, I was unable to do anything.
