To 'earn' you need to put something of value into the community; this can be commenting, upvoting others or writing your own content.

You won't see any earnings until the 7 day 'voting period' has closed and the rewards will then be distributed. Any increase in action that you do today will not increase your income for 7 days.

My advice would be to not concentrate on the money. You'll drive yourself crazy if that's all you focus on.
