Exiting America with a 72 hour window completely anonymous questions you should be asking yourself - Currently

Ok, so I believe a 72 hour window is currently in effect for Americans to get out and become anonymous through tor and blockchain. Is there anyway that somebody can put together or has a file for this with step-by-step instructions. If these instructions could include:

• Personal information that will be needed to make this happen
• Personal information and devices that need to be deleted or thrown away ( whether they can be altered or not is not necessary seeing as a 72 hour evacuation is upon us and time is of the essence )
• How to hook up your Tor with your wallet using proxy and eliminating exit nodes.
• Setting up your tails
• exiting the country safely ( with a fake or real passport will work since their are ways aorund detection. )
• Mapping routes
• Connecting with the community of people
• Farewell notes and information that must be left behind for those left behind.
• Finally, setting up your steemit account correctly leaving the end user at peace.
  If anybody could help me out with this I would be eternally grateful seeing as to my window of opportunity is closing and I must make my route without detection, therefore can't personally put this information together without the consent and acceptance of this post.
