I think you can post virtually as much as you want. A post is limited to 64000 characters (including formatting). There is a 20 second delay between comments. I don't know if this is also applied to bolg posts but i think it is.
So there are 86400 seconds in 24 hours. That give you a theoretical post limit of 4320 post/24hours
I have posted 11 and if I want to post more I am getting this line show
Bandwidth error: insufficient Resource Credits. Please wait to transact, or power up 0.053 STEEM.
