Why does my award only get STEAM POWER while SBD does not?

My case was spelled out very simple maybe because I'm new here so still do not understand at all maybe the seniors here there who know why.

The answer is that you did selected the Power Up 100% option when you made your first post. Do you see at the lower right?
There is the Steem logo next to the title of your introduction post which means your post is in Power Up mode:
Your next author reward for the blog post (9 Health Benefits of Coffe) comes 2 days from now and it will be split between Steem power and SBD.
