HOW TO MAKE A EYE CATCHING POST? NEED HELP

hi, guys maybe this post is going to be very helpful for all members of steemit and its bloggers i have been posting on steemit from 2 weeks some of my post are earning nice but other post are not i dont know what is the reason behind this i just want to is there anything anyone know about because some of post are very good but not earning even a cent need you help

    Bro actually first you need to build a strong community (connect with some persons who have a lot of steem power) here..

    After that when you post something here, then your community (the persons with more steem power) can help your post viral on steemit with their upvotes and resteem...

    I'm also new to this plateform, but hope this will be helpful to you!...
