Localbitcoins.com? Only card and no bank transfer is actually quite difficult :)
Agreed. You won't be able to buy much with just a credit/debit card.
https://www.kraken.com not 100% but i think they will allow credit card buy in coinbase then move to bittrex or whatever. Thats what i do. Works fine just dont store in coinbase.
