he is bot and post comment on every 25 second. its automatic post comment you post second article within some second this bot automatic comment on your post even my post also so do not worry them
ha ha they not flag us they just want to increase their reputation. if they comment on user post likke flag and spam so user give upvote their post and their reputation increase
And i am not doing anything wrong than why it is happening can you please help me yo get out of it
