Greetings friends!

As the price of cryptos is very low, I thought it is a good time to buy Steem. So, I bought 1000 Steem at a relatively low price. But, I am not sure how to transfer them from the cryptocurrency exchanges to my Steem account. I want power up my account and get benefit. I fear I would lose my valuable tokens, if I do a little mistake. What should be the wallet address and memo if I transfer Steem from crypto exchanges? Can anybody help me?
