Any Good Trusted Free Crypto Miners?

I have been looking to mine for some crypto for a little extra money. However, I am having some trouble finding miner site/apps that are trusted. There was a chrome extension where you can mine crypto but I cannot find it nor do I remember the name of it.

If anyone knows a trusted miner please link it
