URL (for your profile pic) could also be called the image address.
The URL or image address for the image above is : https://steemitimages.com/DQmaqdL2pq79A9XA2ANdwbsfazE1WhtMTr5qrre5R9kZWK3/IMG_20180301_174555.(jpg) but without the ()
If your on a desktop/laptop just right click on the image you want for your profile pic, click (copy image address) then paste that into the profile pic url field.
