Company starting salary is low, pay rises are low. The company puts discretionary bonus in the contract but uses discretion to never pay bonuses. They give pay rises less than inflation of rent and living costs in Dublin, but to accrue the benefit of the pay rise you have to stay an entire year to benefit from it.

The senior management down to director level don't give a damn about the employees. Hedgeserv doesn't care about physical or mental well being of employees, worked to burnout and turnover is incredibly high, over 30% per year is what managing directors have said. And this is somehow acceptable? It means you're constantly training new people and under pressure.

Pay rises and promotions have been delayed several times at the last minute by the management committee.
