boodle fight

Boodle Fight is a military style of eating in which food, filled on top of banana leaves laid out on long tables, is to be taken with bare hands washed with water from jugs prepared on the side. A boodle fight is a party in which boodle fare served. The Fight in the name refers to the act of grabbing and eating as much as the soldier can before others grab them or run out. There are a lot of dishes you can serve in a boodle fight that you can pick and mix. The most common food in a boodle fight is Vegetables, Meat, Seafood, and Fish. The Filipino's have a lot of celebrations, parties, and gathering, and they always do two things, talk and eat. So this is not surprising to us that boodle fight eventually became a tradition here in the Philippines. Eating with others surely makes it feel extraordinary. Enjoying good food laid on one table and eating with bare hands not only makes the experience meaningful but also quite humbling. I love boodle fight, I love to eat other people :) :) :)
