BALUT in the Vietnamese language, it is a food come from Asia, especially in the Philippines, Vietnam and China. It is a bibe egg passed through fertilization with an almost full embryo inside the boiled and eaten when skinned. The eating of balut is controversial due to animal welfare, religious, and human health concern. The word comes from Tagalog "BALOT". Most often sold the balut in the night and high protein causes to concurrent the beer. It usually takes with vinegar, salt, or pepper to taste. In the Philippines, the manufacturing industry is located in Pateros.
